RATES AND WATER BILL A MESS

My billing for rates and water is now at R33000.00 outstanding. Despite my average bill being r2500 for rates and water and services. There is continual adjustments reversals and more charges on my monthly bill. I have given up after holding for 15 minutes on the line. Guess I'll have to give up a day to go sit in the municipal offices. Ive emailed the joburfg connect mail address. It is shocking that we expected to put up with this level of (dis) service. First class city I think not....
