Prudence at Joburg water worst service!!!!

A lady by the name of prudence at the Joburg water call center working the night of 2024 December 09 line phone no *** is very rude she gave me an alternative no to call and dropped my call please list to the recording I called.at 21H01. I spoke to a nice lady earlier who tried to help her name was Rissi I hope I pronounced it correctly unfortunately my line was bad and it cut.
