Property Refund CoJ

I am beyond my self with COJ, I have been trying since 2013 to get my property refund for a house I sold in 2013 with no avail. I have been to their walk in centres numerous times, called, emailed, no success. Can someone please help me on how to tackle this issue, i am having no luck with calling them recently, this matter is since 2013. I have been send from pillar to post, first they had to reconcile the account with took forever, i am tired but i need this sorted. Desperate single mum
