Proof of loadshedding

Good Afternoon,

My name is kgomotso, i stay at Doornkop Ext1 in Soweto. I am a second-year student at IMM. Due to the lockdown, we have been witing our exams online, on Thursday the 28th of May I was writing Financial Management between 2pm-8 pm, at 5pm-10pm we where load shed and due to load-shedding i couldn't submit my exam paper. I informed my institution and i was advised that i need to get proof Eskom. On Friday the 29th of May i went to Eskom Princess and met a supervisor by name of Eric, he promised to help but in vain. He made me wait more than 4 hours, after 1pm I went back to the security guard to ask her to call Eric and tell him i am still waiting for the letter he promised to print out and i was told he has left already. The security guard then called him and he asked me to come to the phone, that is when he gave me his personal number and asked me to send my email address and details and that he will forward me the letter. Yesterday i sent him a watsapp message asking him why did he agree to help knowing very well that he doesnt to, he responded and said he was busy, gave some number and asked me to call Sakhile and who will help me right away. when i called Sakhile , turns out he is in KZN , when i went back to Eric he was very rude asked me what do i want. All i want is proof that we were loadshed hence i couldn't submit my exam on Thursday before 8pm.
