Processing belongs in the stone ages!

I know the City of Joburg does not respond here (no surprise there) but I still have to write this.<br> <br> I've been wrongfully charged as being a business sectional title instead of a residential sectional title. One would think this would be easily rectified, but not so. The solution is to go to a walk in centre, fill out some form, take it somewhere else to some specific person and wait. <br> (a) This is a complete waste of my time, and in all probability I would have to take a day off work to sort this out
