Problem with a blocked drain

I'm really not happy we have a problem at klipfontein View no 73 Nancy Ndamase street of a blocked drain since Thursday we've been calling them to assist us with the blocked drain to vail they have been saying they will assist us but we haven't received any help since Thursday and we are worried about our health and childrens health it's getting worse now
