Prepaid water

Joburg Water under the City of Joburg is just useless. The Gcina Manzi plus the customer contact center also the same. I have a prepaid meter installed at my house and everyday I have to go and buy water. The is no leaking in my house and this was confirmed by a plumber.

Boitumelo was sent to my house but did not help me with anything he insisted that he cant help me. I have send mails to almost every email address but am not getting any joy. The supervisor named Mr Maja is also not assisting. I cannot force them to work if they dont wanna work but what am I supposed to do. Daily I send emails and they just ignore me. Professionalism is an unknown word for them and they do as they please cos somehow no one will take them to task. I feel defeated for doing the right thing.
