Prepaid meter issues not being resolved for almost 4 days

I have almost 4 days logged a complain about water shortage in my household. They keep on promising that they coming everyday without them showing up and their meters are being reported almost every month as they are not of good quality. We keep on buying water and the next thing you spend like 4 days without water yet paying for their services. They do not have sense of urgency to our household.
