Prepaid electricity

I paid R900 for prepaid electricity on 1 June 2023. I received only 272,3 units in exchange even after taking the price increase and the highest block rate into consideration, I should have received at least 685.44 units. Where did the 413.1 units go? This leaves me with 7 units per day instead of the 15 to 20 units that in need.

I discourage consumers to agree to City's proposed roll out of prepaid meters. If i am not mistaken This is a 300% increase in my electricity.
