Pre paid meters

<p>Pre paid is something good that each house hold can manage but according to the system that Escom uses where they only see when a person loads and cant see the balance this becomes a problem and that is my complaint.</p> <p>If you take me for instance loading payday say ****w this is done every payday or day after payday most people pay all there bills once, eventhough you might have a 120kw left Escom cant see the balance they take it as you used ****w because you are reloading this is not a true reflection, you are now being put under a high user eventhough you try your best to use electric wisely and now paying more per kw, I feel most people are doing what I do and this is so unfair to us that pay and there is millions that dont even bother to pay or make an effort to pay.</p>
