Praise is deserved

We have a block sewerage drain in our property, I called the call centre, a lovely lady called Moine took all the details and told me it would take 24 hours to be sorted out. It is now a hour and a half later, and they are here, drain unblocked, they have even gone to the manhole higher up to check it. As it is a servitude from the townhouses behind us, the most amazing items have come out from cold drink bottles to pieces of carpet. Thank you to Johannesburg Water for your prompt service.
