Power outage when not supposed to

Hi! What the hell is wrong with you guys the power goes off when scheduled and then doesn't come on when it's supposed to we are sitting without power most of the day since Sunday the 26th of June now again power went off at 6 this morning like scheduled and was supposed to be back on at 8:30 guess what no power.... when are you fixing it and what is the problem????
