POTHOLE DAMAGES ON MY VEHICLE -COJ INSURANCE REFUSE TO ACCEPT LIABILITY

Claim Number: ADRS***9 - i have been communicating back and forth with Coj insurance since 24 November 2022 regarding my claim - I have provided prove, report, pictures and justification for my claim- They first said my damages are not pothole related when i was engaging with their executive - than their CEO came back saying the claim is not pothole related despite them not having appointed and provided prove of a report from an assessor. I have prove of all the email correspondence of may engagement with them -Please i need help
