Poor service from Johannesburg Water. No water

It has been almost a month that we have had no water at Hlahatsi Section in Katlehong and there is no one who takes anything serious. Calls have been logged and escalations but there is no feedback. Each day there is no water for flushing the toilet. No water for laundry. No water for basic daily runnings and no one cares. This has been on going since June. To date as I write this we have no water. Something has to happen
