Poor service from JHB Water

Logged a call with JHB water on Thursday 12 December. This is not the first call for the same problem. The problem is a flattened / squashed drain pipe between the wall and the main sewer, which is under a tree.....how do we know...we have had a private company put a camera down the drain). Was notified on Saturday the 14th that the call was closed, as no spillage could be seen from the road???? A new call was opened on Saturday the 14th. I have called the call center daily, and each time I am told the call has been escalated to management. I was given the *** number to phone. One is placed in the queue, and when you reach position 2 or position 1 (takes about 20 minutes), you are cut off and have to start again. Gave up after the 4th attempt. To give the staff at the call center their due, they have all been polite and helpful. BUT, the drain is still blocked.
