Poor Service delivery.

For the past 10 years at Drieziek 3 ward 5 we only have water for three hours 6 ,7 & 8 on daily basis sometimes we don't have water at all ,imagine you go to work at 04 hrs 00 come back 19hrs where are you going to get water to drink ,wash,toilet etc, our councilor is failing use ,
