Poor service delivery

<p>A week ago my nanny called telling me that 2 men "allegedly" from Joburg water were at my gate wanting to do some inspection or other so i asked to speak to 1 of the guys told them i wasnt comfortable with strangers in my yard when only my kids and nanny were the only people around i asked for them to arrange for a time that im around as i have heard to many horrific people pretending to be sent by Joburg Water. The guy i spoke to then rudely told me that they are gonna cut off the water supply. To my amazement they cut off water yesterday midday i called them this morning 22/12/2016 07:10am spoke to a Godfrey who gave me a reference no promising to send people to my house, 3pm still no water i then call again on ********** 400 just after 14;30 some rude lady kept putting me through and then the call gets disconnected after the 5th attempt Lindelani picks up the phone informs me that he is transferring me to ******* connections, what utter ******* ? i buy water on a monthly basis only to be treated like dirt? i have sent numerous messages on their contact us page to no avail since the first incident. 26+ hours later still no water.</p>
