Poor Service Delivery

On the 10th of May we came home from work to a burst pipe in our driveway. We immediately called the municipality and reported the incident to them, as too much water was being lost. They only sent technicians the following morning..... The technicians then switched off our water that same morning without informing us and left the site. We have not had water for two days now and we keep calling the call center and they keep telling us that someone has been sent to resolve the problem but that person does not seem to arrive at the same, they are still on their way since yesterday. The municipality have chosen to neglect us and now we have resorted to using water from the swimming just to get around.
