Poor service delivery

The service delivery is absolutely ****. Tuesday Midday our power went off and to this very day there is no power. Meat is going off and food is going off but hey they don't pay for it. City power has been sending technicians like mad. Yet you don't see them. The service delivery is terrible. There are no updates or attempts to get work done when they are here they do nothing ..... and 8pm they gone ..... because then their shift is done. I don't get how you can't solve the problem in 3 days..... 72 hours and you can't do anything. May help if you actually have people on site ACTUALLY actively working on the problem
