Poor service COJ call center

What a poor service at COJ. Logged a call on friday 19 July 2019 at 6ppm till today 20th i have not reczived assistance with my power outage. When u call to follow up the call center agent put the fone on the side and you can hear them talking and you have to keep on calling over and over, until who ever wants to work can answer you. This is so said that when they want to bill you they can bill you any how and they can over charge you on services but their customer service is pathetic. Can you imagine your fridge has been off for two days.
