Poor service; As usual

City of Johannesburg is useless. Four months of trying to get my electricity readings corrected, as they were estimating the readings and not accepting the ones I provided. No one wanted to do their very simple job. Some additional incentives had to be exchanged, for the work they are paid to do, to get done. Our government is a joke and this is disheartening.
