I am writing to seek your assistance in escalating my ongoing query related to an unresolved issue with a leaking pipe that was reported back in October. A team from Joburg Water came to address the problem and dug a large hole next to my driveway, which has exceeded 6 feet in depth. Unfortunately, this hole was left open and remains so to this day.

The condition of the road has drastically worsened, and the hole is currently filled with green water, creating a hazardous situation for the community. It poses a risk of accidents, as it is difficult for people to see and avoid. Despite my attempts to follow up on this matter, I have not received any updates or resolution.

I kindly request your help in directing my query to the appropriate authorities who can take immediate action on this matter.
