Poor service

We at Braamfischer ext2 (Dobsonville) hardly have water supply on a daily. This has been going on for months now, joburg water switches our water supply off and seems like it's only our area that is experiencing this water shortage everyday. Worse is that today the 11th December 2019 we haven't had a drop. How are we suppose to carry on without water supply, I cant imagine people who live with sick in their homes , small babies and the aged. This happens without even any sort of communication whatsoever. People have to go to work not bathed, we cant cook, we cant actually function at all without a drop of water everyday. Can someone please explain what is going on in our area!
