Poor service

Poor services.. today they did not take our trash in our area reason being that we must use big dustbins with wheels, but they did not sent out communication to us as residents of Ebony Park. Am faling to understand that why are they doing this because I am paying the services and is up to date not owning them. My account is in advance..
