PLEASE CAN SOMEONE AT CITY OF JHB HELP ME WITH MY BILLING AND DRATIC OVERVALUATIONISSUES

Please can someone give me a contact number and email address tobe able to sort out my numerous billing issues and drastic overvaluation on a totally dilapidated house so I've been from pillar to post and simply cannot get these issues resolved. I have been to City Power Branches in Harley Street,Braamfontein,ombudsman who was totally useless,Schindler attorneys who said they would help me pro bono but that was not true ,months later they said they would help me for a fixed fee when they know I'm destitite! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME A PERSON WHO CAN HELP ME RESOLVE MY VARIOUS ISSUES!
