Plan In Evaluation

<p>Coj does'nt perform their duties my plan is still under evaluation since last year June 2016 its on their system which is eservices joburg i m not sure what to do anymore i wish office of Mr Mashaba can intervien my plan was taken from pilar to post....i am thinking of building without the plan like others did....</p>
