Personal liability due to danger to minors

City Power - Formal notification of legal action personal injury due to failing more than a week to finalise call of urgent danger.

Continuous ********** closing of calls by your management knowing electricity is flowing though all our taps whilst we have an household with 5 minors.

It is proven that city power is cause and nothing in our property, yet you still refuse to correct. You close active calls and allocate to new technicians that doe snot fix the problem.

After 4 days you call us at 03:00 AM when we are a sleep - and blame us.

Please note if one of my children is injured due to life electricity I will initiate ******** charges against all. Should I initiate ******** charges now.
