Pay me back my money COJ

When I sold my house a 3 month advance payment for water, rates and taxes and electricity was required I paid it to the attorneys louw and heyl and they paid it to the specified trust account the attorneys assured me COJ will refund whatever balance back to me after registration. A letter to the COJ was sent by the attorneys and guess what I am still waiting after a few months I started enquiring to find out after you sold your house you have to go to the offices of the COJ to request tour money back which I did and then after the required 3 weeks waiting period still no joy so here I go again and after another 4 plus waiting period I am still waiting and it is not that I did not communicate from emails to the mayor to the CFO the total disrespect and lack of service delivery and urgency from staff working for the CoJ amazes me and I am not even sure writing this review will let someone in the revenue office pull their finger and actually pay me my money now what and how on earth di I get my money back
