Pay back the amount due to the customer

No amount of star will qualify the level of incompetency and lies that the accounting department has.

They are quick to call customers if and when the account is outstanding. They are not accountable to the refunds due to their customers, they have empty promises or should I say they lie.

I am waiting for my refund and promised have been made without any positive outcome.
