Pathetic service, unprofessional call center agents.

I've payed for my rates account using the EFT. and this payments was not reflected on my account. I tried to enquire about this via email and telephonic with no luck. they were still sending statements that don't reflect any payment i've made. Now they've stopped sending my rate statement. I've called the call center and the agent i was chatting to didn't give sh%t about me ,she put me on hold for more than 30 up until i ran out of airtime. sending an email as well is just a waste of time.
