Pathetic service- Joburg water

<p>On Monday I logged a call with Tintswalo ref no. ********** 789 regarding a blocked sewage drain in my yard. I have been wasting my airtime phoning the call centre every hour regarding the matter, no one has come and its almost a week now. I have no clue on how to resolve the matter as this is affecting our health</p> <p>I am beyond ****ed</p> <p>Kindly assist</p>
