Pathetic excuse for Emergency service

<p>I am terribly disappointed and frustrated in the service my mother received when she called the Emergency services for an ambulance. She first called Life Roseacres Hospital they told her to cal 10117. When she called 10117 they transfered her from one person to another and then she was told to call 122. This is pathetic, she is, thank goodness, ok health wise, however the thought of what could have happened is deadful. Who in a life threatening sitution has time to be shunted from one person to another and then told to phone someone else. </p>
