Pathetic customer services from Joburg water Ennerdale

Good Morning.

DAY 6 AND WE STILL DON’T HAVE ANY WATER.

A call was logged last week Thursday morning as the water meters pipe burst which caused us not to have any water and our neighbour.

We call several times and they kept on saying they will come out.

Friday we were told there is short staff however they will come got another reference number

Till to date no one has come out and we don’t have any water clean water is running by the meter since last week and you just imagine what the water bill will look like and who is going to be liable for it?

We already have 2 reference numbers and Joburg water Ennerdale just doesn’t give a damn we have small children at home we cant even get water by the neighbour because the burst pipe has affected her as well.

This is so unacceptable there is no urgency whatsoever from Joburg water Ennerdale

Can they live without water for 6 days?
