PATHETIC

The MOST PATHETIC when coming to maintain and sort faults. Rembrandt Park without water for almost 36hrs. Was promised by Hester Balt it will be sorted tonight. Suddenly a Joburg truck with VERY rude guy driving maroon Mazda 3 come to look for fault. They "DONT KNOW WHERE IS FAULT". He tells me I must look for water tanker. PATHETIC !!!!!
