Parking attendant bills me for R80 for only 2 hour

I am deeply not impressed with the parking attendants in and around Johannesburg, I know the city is promoting the public to use public transport but what about people that genuinly need to be using their cars especially people coming from Durban like me and other provinces. I was staying a a hotel for 5 days and paying my parking fee on the street normal which is just 2 hours as I normally would have to leave for Sandton at 8ely am in the morning but on the 4 day of my stay in Johannesburg this new parking attendant charges me with a traffic fine. These parking attendants are definately lost everytime you park your car, they are not helpful but are only awaiting to book your car in and quick at accepting your R5/ R2s.0 depending on their fee as per hour parked. I have now realized that JHB is not really a friendly city and suggest the city of JHB make another plan of giving these people employment and not this ******** nonsense of giving unqualified people even more stupid jobs. I know people in the locations that do a better job than these bid wearing gloried parking attendant
