Paid for water and electricity metes and no one has come to install them

I went to city of Johannesburg on the 26th of May 2021, in Midrand to pay for my water and electricity meters to be installed at a new house, I paid R7500 for both water and electrity meters. no one called me and no one came to my house to install them, I then decided to go there in July, last month, I spoke to the manager who informed me that the money was paid on the wrong account, she made sure that she have everything everything corrected and promised me that they will come and install everything or call me even to confirm before coming.. Today is the 13 of August 2021, 3 months after paying and no communication from the municipality.

I just want you guys to come install the meters because I paid for them. do your part of the Job please,
