Paid double in error - funds wont be reversed

<p>Hello Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid the municipality by R1018.88 in error on my May 2016 invoice. I then phoned the City Of Johannesburg, only to be told that "once the money is in, it will not go out", and that i should "try my luck elsewhere".</p> <p>I don't mind paying in advance, but i need the money to pay for my school fees as this excess payment was made in error.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist so that i can fulfil my school fees oblilgations.</p>
