Overcharged

i am so dissapointed with city power. They billed us 21000 in dec, i called them several time & they were telling me that it was estimation all along & 21000 is the actually amount<br> <br> I explained to them that its impossible for 2 people to be using eletricity for R 6000 per month. They insisted. I went to booysens & they said i must go to randburg<br> <br> In randburg they realised that they made a mistake after i told them that they must check the previous owners account<br> <br> They said tgey will fix it by feb & i must pay the normal fee. I just got home now & the eletricity has been cut off, worse my phone is off i cant even call them. I am so frustrated
