Outstanding Service on applying for a Pensioner Discount

<p>I had such a pleasant surprise when I looked at my municipal account yesterday to see that my application for a personal discount had be dealt with within 9 working days! (I had previously submitted an application in Nov 2015 which had not been dealt with up to mid September 2016) . My experience at the Sandon Munical office when I submitted the application form was also excellent - polite, helpful and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Well done. </p>
