Outstanding Payments????

<p>Last year we had registered our property for rates and taxes and had written out the correct information on the form as we had went through attorneys to get this done. Over a year later an SMS is received from Moodie and Robertson Attorneys stating that an URGENT payment is due. To our knowledge we had received nothing as there was an issue and we had to resubmit our forms. I called into the call centre to find out that our post is being sent to somone else's address and our names and ID numbers are all incorrect on the system. Now a payment is due at the end of the month? what kind of service is this?????</p>
