OFFLINE ALWAYS

I am very disappointed at Protea Glen city of Johannesburg Municipality. I went there on the 30th of April 2015 to register for my Rates and Taxes. When I got there i was told they \OFFLINE"and i went back home. Then on the 8th May 2015 my Husband went there and they had load shedding. Then Today 14th May 2015 my husband went there and he was turn back at the gate and was told that they \""OFFLINE\"" by one of employees others basking in the sun. The sad part is when the statement comes we will find that we owing huge money"
