Nver Ending Story

On the 22nd of August 2017 my property was sold and transferred to a new owner. Today the rates and taxes and refuse account is still in my name. Today the refund I am entitled to is still with the City of Johannesburg. Every time I phone and go visit them there will be a new period of 30 days or 7 days to wait for an answer. Every escalation is a nightmare wait. FRUSTRATING!!! Something would take a few strokes on a keyboard is taking more than 6 months! Why give technology to state owned institutions?! If the result will be always the same: wait, wait, wait...until the ***s come home
