Not poor service-NO SERVICE

I have reported numerous roads that are in terrible disrepair, potholes that are too deep to navigate 2019/2020 and an open manhole since 2018. I reported these roads Ridge in Honeydew, Hole in One in Ruimsig and got a service number, as well as acknowledgement of the manhole on the corner of Beyers opposite the Honeydew police station. Shutdown was not the reason for the delay as all were reported last year and I have got numerous service numbers that do not amount to much. I copied the mayors assistant in on every mail. To date the roads are worse and the one in Ruimsig is being filled in with sand by helpful residence to make it passable.
