Not contactable JHB Metro JRA

<p>I have been trying to get through to Development Control the number:</p> <p> ********** , 5152, 5211, 5039, 5207, 5075, 5029, 5059, ********** 665 and 011 ********** </p> <p>The numbers are not answered, leaving messages are not responded to, a code is requested or unobtainable<br />The Switch board ********** 001 is now cutting me off and not answering</p>
