No water service

Jhb water service is horrible no answering of phones no answering of tweets no responses on Facebook no response to emails....there has been no water in Winchester Hills for 3days, no water tankers sent, no updates on the progress of the water, and no assistance during a whole pandemic where water is vital...people are sick and need water..what must we do??
