NO WATER RECONNECTION SINCE JUNE 24

Good day,

I have run out of options now!!! We paid our account on the 24th of June after there was a disconnection for late payment. Up until today we have not been connected!!! We have visited the Sandton office, sent emails to *** and we have run out of airtime holding and sometimes our calls get dropped and still we do not have water. We have suffered rude call center agents but still we do not have water. I guess this is the last stop before going to police station and radio stations. Can we please have water!!!
