No water.. No one to clear the error on the meter box

Their service is appalling because we've been out of water since last week Friday and no one has come through to assist. I stay with my sickly mother and pets that need water. ********** 156 is the reference number I've been given. I'm disgusted by your consideration through all this. The ********** 091 number in Muldersdrift rings and gets intentionally disconnected. I was given the number by their contact center agents. Their depo doesn't answer too.
