No water in Our Premises, Meredale

We have reported that we do not have water in our premises since the 10 September 2019, to date we have not received the job card of our cut off and we have no water in our property still with Corona Virus attacking the world. I was informed that our account is red flagged for cut off, so basically COJ is saying they do not know who cut us off. But our plead for help to get our water reconnected is being ignored. we are appealing for help from you to save our lives from Corona Virus. With the upcoming lockdown, we do not know how we will survive. Help us to get water in our premises.
