NO WATER IN ENNERDALE EXTENSION 5

For the last 2 weeks there's been no running water in ennerdale extension 5. I deeply disappointed in the fact that no one at city of jhb is able to answer calls to log a complaint. The call center number just rings. How long more do the people have to wait for something as basic as water. We pay every single month and this is the service that we get!! Can someone please attend to this immediately we have young children and babies. There's no water being delivered to the people and the only update is that is caused by a veld fire. Im tired of these lies this is inhumane!
