No water for a week and counting

I have been disconnected from 6th of February 2025 to date(13th of February 2025) i was told to make a payment agreement to get my water connected I did so on Monday the 10th of February 2025 and I was told it will take 72 hours to be reconnected I am still waiting and when contacted the number provided and the city they not given answer or keep misleading me. I am very disappointed in the Jwater department was is life and you deprive a person of water and no efforts to rectify the issue or at least communicate where the problem is because I have followed your guidelines, I am still waiting for water
